#28 – CrossFit Open
I found this data from my friends Old Lady Gains. Just kidding. I don’t really have friends there, but I do follow them on Instagram. The Open is the first step in competing in the CrossFit Games. Even if you don’t score in the top 200 to move on to the qualifier, you can size up your current fitness level to others in your age group!
The Open this year (2019) is five weeks starting on February 21st.
FUN FACT: I only wear pink pajamas.
